    How do I explain a claim to Ebay?
                     

    I made purchases on eBay. They were added to my shopping cart, and the total was paid.
    However, I received my bank statement, and eBay, in addition to the total amount, also charged me for each item. In other words, they charged me twice!

    What can I do to get my money back?

    P.S.: I already received the products.

    I would contact your bank and point out that you were charged twice for the same items.  They should credit you back one of the charges and send the charge back to ebay.
