How do I ensure I am getting all the listings
It seems that I am only getting buy-it-now items even through I have checked the all items category.

Can you provide a link to your search results, or at least a description of the keywords, category, filter and sort options you are using to search?
Depending on the specific search, there may not be any auction results.
