For one thing you might need to be signed in to and working from ebay.co.uk instead of here at ebay.com to do this. In your Seller Hub (or whatever they have over there) entry for the listing there should be a drop-down menu (headed more actions or something like that) with an end listing choice. If you can't find that Go to the Site Map (link at the bottom of most eBay pages--remember to go to ebay.co.uk instead of here at ebay.com) Sell Section (use the shortcut at the top--it's a long scroll down) and you'll find the link to that and several other useful seller tools.
There are restrictions (and fees) to ending an auction format listing that has ever had a bid.
