How do i edit an incorrect tracking number

How do i edit a tracking number on an item that i sold....i noticed i hadnt been paid yet because it said it hadnt been delivered yet and discovered i made a mistake (the correct tracking shows it was delivered).

-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.

The tracking number will be printed on the receipt (USPS tracking number is usually a 22-digit number)

- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

- Click "Edit tracking"

- Click "+ additional tracking number"

- Add the actual tracking number and the carrier.

- Click "Save and Continue"

You may be able to delete the original incorrect tracking number, too.
