I ordered 4 packs of something and only one was sent. Buyer said oops its only supposed to be 1. He offered to refund less than half of what I paid when I recieved only 1/4 0f the order. I am unable to do a refund request unless I provide a photo. I have no way to do that. The bot was less than useless.
