How do I dispute a USPS Shortage Fee that just showed up on my transactions?
The fee is for a sale I made in the first week of May. The fee showed up in transactions yesterday. Package delivered on the 6th. The shortage fee is exactly what I paid for the original shipping label?It doesn't show on the cost adjustments page. Nothing shows on there because I am very careful about weighing and charging the correct fees. How do I get this reversed?
