how do I delete " local pick up"
Im trying to sell an item and it keeps showing a field that reads "local pick up" followed by my town and state info.. I never populated this field. I can't even edit the choice. I have spent an hour today on fiiguring this out!

·2 years agoI am seeing a lot of local pickup as an option on listings lately. It could be that those sellers really want it, or are trying to cut down on sales tax for buyers (in some states whether a free alternative is available to the separately stated shipping fee determines whether the fee actually paid is figured into the tax calculation, but I don't know whether eBay has its software set up to do that calculation where there is a free shipping or free local pickup option),
or it could be that they messed with one of the listing forms and set the local pickup default to on. When you try to revise the listing are you seeing the local pickup field in the shipping section of the listing form (if not look for links in that section top right or in the various subsections or at the bottom for more options*) or is it grayed out?
