How do I delete an item that automatically pops up on my home page as a resell?

I purchased an item about 3 years ago and now it is on my home page as a resell item! I don't want to resell it I want to delete it off my home page! How do I do this please? Thanks!

If you are using a desktop browser that supports ad blockers with custom rules, you may be able to use an ad blocker's element hiding tool to suppress that page element.

Or use a different page to reach eBay and avoid that main eBay page.
