How do I delete a feedback REPLY I made to the wrong customer?

You cannot delete a feedback once you have posted it. You can however go to the bottom of your feedback left page, click on Follow up to feedback left and add a comment. If there was an issue with a buyer, you can leave a non positive comment, but stick only to the facts and DO NOT call the buyer names or mention having to contact eBay, PayPal... etc.
