How do I deal with another computer fouling up my account?

Earlier today, I was on ebay on another computer - namely, the computer in the computer room at the apartment building where I live, and as a result, my account is screwed up, particularly my recently viewed items list; items on the recently viewed items list are bouncing all over the list, and some of the items have already been saved to my watch list; when I try to bump these items I've saved, the items won't bump from the recently viewed list - and this makes the second time this has happened to me.

If any of you can help me with this, I will appreciate this. I thank you.

My dear Horatio, I'm seeing the same thing on the computer I'm currently using, here at the public library in the small town where I live; I now realize that the computer at the computer room at the apartment building where I live is the one that's crewed me up - for it is a second-hand computer, donated to the building by a local non-profit agency, as the building is a HUD Section 8 facility, that is, reliefers and pensioners.

First of all, you are at risk using a computer that is not your own and might connect to the internet via a different IP address. Anyone else using that same computer and accessing their eBay account will become "associated" with your account and if any associated accounts receive a restriction, short or permanent suspension then all associated accounts will suffer the same fate.

This same situation can occur via a shared wi-fi connection on mobile devices. Never let anyone access their eBay account on your mobile device, wi-fi or computer, period.

Your own computer's browser has a separate history than the other computer's. That may be why you are not seeing the same thing on both systems.
