How do I deal with a seller that sold me something that isnt as it was described?
I bought a OneWheel Pint from a seller that stated in the description that it had only 25 miles on it and that the battery was dead from it not being used. I bought the item and received it in an untimely fashion. Once I got my hands on the item it showed signs of wear that it had well over 25 miles on it. Once I replaced the battery my suspicions were confirmed and turns out it had 178 miles on it. I feel like I was misled because I bought the OneWheel thinking it was going to be like new because of the low miles. I submitted a negative review with my concerns and it was never posted. What can I do to be fairly compensated or atleast get the negative feedback posted?

If you receive something, but it is not the item listed, you can open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy...
Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select"Doesn't match description or photos" for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.
