How do i deal with a failed cancellation

Question

i have requested to cancel an item i bought on ebay and it said that the seller has ACCEPTED the cancellation request and it was pending but 5 days after it said the cancellation FAILED due to issues with the refund how do i resolve this.

I cant even request to cancel anymore and eBay support isnt working for me. This has occurred apparently due to issues with the refunds

I suggest that, going forward, you take a few extra minutes to decide if you really want the item, and change your mind before you commit to the purchase, not after. Free advice. Good luck.

The seller has to fund the refund request, and it sounds like there isn't enough money to do so.

You can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding. Include your name, ebay user ID, email address. Someone will contact you in a couple of days.
