How do I create an additional invoice for an item that's been sold.

I sold two items from a listing of multiple items with shipping costs associated for each but eBay only charged shipping for one of the items. I have contacted the customer to inform him of the mistake and he is willing to pay the shipping cost for the second item as well but there's no way for me to create an additional invoice within eBay's system. I read an article where it said I could create an invoice but I've been unable to do so at this point. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.

@sfxad-94 You really are not supposed to ask the buyer to pay more for shipping than stated on the listing.

An invoice is used for combined shipping on separate listings. Your items are all on ONE listing. You should have selected the box that said X amount for each additional on the listing form.

Since your buyer is willing to pay the extra shipping costs I would send him a PayPal invoice. You can request the buyers email address in eBay messages. You are allowed to share contact information after a recent sale.

The only other option is to refund the buyer and relist with the correct shipping price.
