How do I create a return postage paid shipping label through eBay to get the best shipping price, for an item that doesn’t fit?

You can only get the label offered through the return on eBay. I understand they are not using the discounted rates, so I would create the label at pirateship.com. The account is free, and you get the commercial rates that sellers pay here.
You will then have to ask customer service to add the tracking # to your return.

If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
