How do I create a claim after I refunded a buyer due to shipping damage. I bought insurance.

I purchased insurance on a recent sale that was damaged in shipping. I refunded the buyer and expected to be able to file a claim but I can't file a claim. Do I have to wait 30 days before creating a claim?

Probably not - most damage claims can be filed right away.
