How do I correct shipping cost after item is purchased and label is printed.
How do I correct shipping cost after item is purchased and label is printed. Post office won't except because weight is wrong on package.

You can void the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>

Next go to this page and select print ANOTHER label from the drop down menu next to the item>

Mentor2 years agoYou're welcome. I forgot to mention to let your buyer know which tracking number to watch as the sold item will now have two tracking numbers. You can't remove the wrong one.
