There is no way for you to get speedpak to change the zip code on a shipping label. Only the seller can do that, and chinese sellers will tell you they cant do it.
What the seller is counting on is you filing an Item Not Received (INR) dispute and ebay turning it down, because their automated system can only look for a Delivered scan, not the zip code.
What you have to do is wait until the tracking shows a delivered or returned to seller scan. Then contact ebay through one of their social media platforms (Links Below) have the ebay item number and seller's user name ready. Both the item number and sellers username is in the Order details.
Tell the rep that you are the victim of fake tracking and ask them to check your order details to compare your zip code to the one in the tracking information. You can post a screen shot of the tracking info if you want. They will handle it from there and issue you a refund. As soon as you file the dispute leave the seller appropriate feedback.

Did you provide the wrong zipcode to the seller? Have you tried contacting them.
