There are FIVE addresses to edit/change.
Now go to your Purchase history, locate the transaction, and click CONTACT SELLER. Let the seller know if you still want the item, and if so, that you have updated your SHIP TO address. You will need to repay the new shipping amount, which you can do by giving the seller your Paypal email address, and s/he can send you a Paypal invoice for that amount. If you no longer want the item, the seller can refund the item price only.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
