how do i contact my seller who closed before time ,

Question

i purchased 4 unlocked lg cell phones from everdeals1 on 7/2/23 expected to be delivered 6 to 7 July 2023, phone did not arrive until 7/11/23. one of the phones was defective , did not power on . I have 30 days to return item . today is july 24th , every attempts i have made to contact seller or ebay has failed, pls help , i need my money of good working phone

its unfortunate that people can play prank and fraud , i made every attempt to connect with this seller to no avail pls i still need to connect with eBay or the seller thanks

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
