How do I contact eBay with an issue that’s not on one of their preset problems
I ordered something paid for the item and paid for shipping and when it arrived it arrived postage due I want/need the item.
I paid the additional postage due, how do I get that back from the seller who’s ignoring me

Mentor3 years agoUnfortunately once you have paid the postage due eBay has no way to get the money you paid for that postage back from the seller, since that money did not go through eBay. The most eBay can do is get your original payment back if you return the item.
If you refuse shipment because of the postage due, I believe that is the only case where a refused delivery does not count as an actual delivery in the seller's favor. Not very helpful to you now, unless it happens again, though.

If you do need to contact eBay you can request a call back if you are in the US:

Or go through Help & Contact and pick whichever category is closest to your issue so you can get a call back from the correct department.
Or you may be able to contact eBay via social media:
