how do i contact ebay to remove negative feedback

iyem was damaed durin shipping. i gave buyer a full refund and he then gives me negative feedback and will not revise it

In general eBay does not remove negative feedbacks as they consider it to the the buyers feelings about the sale. However, buyers are not allowed to mention that they had to go to eBay to get a refund. So you can report the feedback for a policy violation and hopefully they will remove the feedback. The problem may be that they remove the comment that violates policy and leave the rest of the feedback and the negative mark.
