How do I contact ebay? Not an AI chat, not articles, not a phone number that does nothing
I'm looking for an email or a non-AI chat or a 'submit your inquiry' type of page. I bought an item, seller shipped me some off-brand fake product that didn't even fit where it was supposed to. They wouldn't give me my money unless I returned their 25 cent fake scam item. So I tried to do that, paid for it to be shipped all the way to China, to the address they requested, and it got returned back to me. Problem is, it took so long for it to go all the way to China and come back to me, that in the meantime, ebay closed the return. So now I have no option to 'have ebay step in' which is what all their worthless 'articles' suggest I do. So I've wasted an hour trying to figure out how I can ask ebay for help but on both here and google searches I'm just running around in circles. I can't even find a way to rate the product or the shipper. Ebays stupid timing rules combined with the shipper being a scammer from China have combined to screw me over and I need ebay to step in and try to fix this. I'm being scammed and I can't even get in touch with ebay to fix it.

·2 years agoBeing a new buyer, it would be a good to read up on the Money Back Guarantee so next time it happens, you'll know what to do.
Since the Ebay case is closed, there's nothing else you can do through Ebay and contacting them won't do any good.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.
