How do I contact eBay directly for something that they did?
The post office sent me a statement saying that my package from eBay had been delivered however I never received it I contacted eBay and I asked them not to bother the seller I said it had nothing to do with the seller at all that it was obviously a problem between the post office and what could they do to track down the package or help me instead they contacted the seller and said that I had requested a refund. I most certainly did not now that seller has blocked me and I can't use her anymore I have never requested a refund in 30 years of using eBay I've never requested a refund all I asked is that eBay help me try to find my missing package I said very specifically not to bother the seller that it wasn't her fault

You need to contact your PO and find out where they delivered it and if it was addressed to you.
