How do I contact eBay about releasing withheld funds to me?
Ebay hasn't paid me for some delivered sales. How do I contact somebody here who can pay me my withheld funds?

How long ago did you sell the items that you're still awaiting payment for?
It looks like you had taken a break from selling for at least a year ... which means you are being considered a 'new seller' again. Your payments may be on hold for up to a month. If you continue to sell regularly, your payment holds will end ... unless you sell an item for $1000 or more. Those payments are held for ALL sellers for about 30 days.
