How do I contact eBay about a problem that doesn't fit any of their boxes they want me to check?
Bought something in November, one part was missing. Seller said he'd look for it. Seller said he couldn't find it and would order another one then send it to me. He didn't. Asked about it again, no response. Asked about it a third and fourth time, no response. How do I contact eBay with this? Going through their website choices gets me stuck in a loop.

eBay's money back guarantee only applies within thirty days of receiving an item; after that, eBay can no longer help.
If you are still within thirty days, file a "not as described" return and be prepared to return what you received if the seller provides for return shipping.

You may have some recourse through your payment method for up to six months from the date of purchase, depending on your card provider's terms.

You can contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to dispute the charge.
