How do I contact eBay about a fake tcg card I was sold?
How do I contact eBay directly regarding a fake card I was sold? I made the purchase well before Christmas as it was a gift for my husband. Upon opening it on Christmas we realized it was a fake card. Being that I purchased it prior to Christmas it was outside of the return window and the buyer swears that it's real. I have requested that they simply let me return it for my money back if they are so certain that it's real, however they ignore me anytime I mention a return. I purchased other cards from the seller and had no issues with those I intend to keep them I only want to return the fake one.

Mentor8 months ago@egarrison86 eBay can't force the seller to accept a return since if you had the card more than 3 days, which is the eBay MBG time limit for trading cards.
I understand that this is frustrating but customer service can't extend the time limit.
I recommend contacting your funding source and filing a charge back for a fraudulent item. The seller will then have to pay a $20 dispute fee in addition to issuing you a refund. This goes on the sellers record too.
