purchased a product. Tried to cancel it because it is beyond when they estimated getting to me.. Non of my messages have been answered from seller. I am frustrated

If it is past the last estimated delivery date and the seller did not provide tracking, see here:

If the seller provided tracking that shows delivery, post a follow-up for further instructions.

You cannot call directly, but you can request a call back from eBay if you are in the US:
