How do I contact ebay ??
I bought an item, it was defective. It's been returned. Arrived at the sellers address in Feb 9. Still no refund. All I'm getting from ebay customer service is buying and selling pages...no phone numbers or message pages.

Go back to your Return Request and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.
If that doesn't work, contact Ebay Customer Service. Use this link and click on "Have us call you":
