How do I contact eBay?
I need to contact eBay to step in and sort out a refund (because I can’t open a return as the return window has closed).

I need to contact eBay to step in and sort out a refund (because I can’t open a return as the return window has closed).

Mentor2 years agoMost sellers have a 30 day return policy, which is plenty of time to decide if the item needs returning. If you paid with Paypal, they allow up to 180 days of the transaction to return the item. If you paid with a credit card, you can file a charge back.
