How do I contact e bay had a reel returned and some parts are missing
Person gave positive feedback waited three days to tell me the anti reverse dose not work ,It doesn’t work because the internal parts were removed I can not replace them so now I have a broken reel and the buyer wants his funds returned I do not know how to speak to a live representative to assist me with my issue
