a seller strung us along and now the return window is closed. they promised a wiring harness to make the product compatible with our vehicle which never arrived

Mentor1 year ago@dub_0 I am sorry but eBay customer service can't extend the time limit of the eBay Money Back Guarantee. You only have 30 days from the date of delivery to file the return request on eBay.
Your only option now is a chargeback with your bank or credit card.
