How do I contact an Ebay service representative? I cannot get anywhere with the "chat" service.

I need to report a suspicious transaction from 2013 or 2014 that recently came to light. My account/purchase activity only goes back to 2017. I keep getting redirected by the Ebay chat to choices that do not help. Does anyone know how to reach a real person at Ebay to help? Thanks so much for any information!

@marijoyceryan . I'm sorry that you had suspicious activity on your account but it is too late to ask ebay for help with it. The eBay Money Back Guarantee is only 30 days from the date of delivery or 30 days from the last estimated delivery date for not received items. It's too late for a chargeback with your funding source too.
