How do I contact a real person at EBay?
Is there any real customer service?
I have a situation where a seller states on feedback that I deliberately damaged an item to return it, it a is ridiculous clam
but I need it removed and seller will not respond.HELP.

Mentor2 years agoOn the eBay site is a Feedback Removal request form. That is the recommended way to ask that Feedback be removed. Sellers are not allowed to leave negative comments in Feedback for Buyers.
