How do I contact a prospective buyer? (I accidentally Declined his offer)

The prospective buyer sent me a message but I now cannot reach him, since I had Declined his offer.
How do I communicate with him?

If the prospective buyer sent a message using ebay Messages, it should still be in your IN box.

Unfortunately, you can't ... if the offer has dropped off then there is no way to contact them.
