How do i contact a love person for Ebay ?
I won a bid and paid for it the same day .the seller hasn't sent the item nor has he returned money. I've asked for tracking information 2x. Nothing.

There is no reason to contact eBay.
Once the last estimated date of arrival passes, you will be able to open a case for Item Not Received.
There isn’t much anyone, not even your seller, can do about a package in transit.
