How do I contact a live person at eBay?
Is there a direct phone number to speak with someone at eBay? I have tried contact us, need more help and searching thru their selections. I need a live person.

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer did not use the label provided by eBay, they may not know to contact customer service to add their own tracking. Or maybe the return request was a ploy to get you to offer a partial refund.
I don’t know that customer service will be able to see any more info than you can see, but you can try to contact them - call volume is heavy due to the holidays.
To speak to customer service, use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10
If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.

Mentor2 years agoWell, it was just a thought. eBay allows around 3 weeks for the buyer to ship, so maybe she is just in no hurry.
