how do I contact a human agent for support ? is it at all possible anymore ?
It seems impossible to speak to anyone at Ebay anymore ... it says "contact an agent "..... but then it always says 'no agent available right now.'... despite the time being between 9 and 5 pm... when agents are supposed to be available. What is going on ????

I do not not understand how I keep getting into Ebay US..... when I only ever want to use eBay Australia.

Sign out of ebay.com and delete your ebay.com cookies from your browser.
Sign back in to ebay.com.au directly.
Be sure you are not using any ebay.com links or bookmarks.
If you get to an error page or a sign-in page, be sure you are still on ebay.com.au before proceeding.

You are registered in Australia, but you are currently signed in to ebay.com.
You may be better off asking your question here or on the Australian eBay community pages to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
