How do I contact a Ebay Seller that has no contact information

I am looking into a purchase that I paid for but, it wasn't me who made the purchase. The seller is a Ebay commerce seller. I have a copy of the invoice and would like to research the transaction. How do I talk to an actual person? My computer and phone have been hijacked. Every bit of information I send via email, is captured.

Was the purchase made using your eBay account? If so:

Change your eBay password and your email password. If you have social media accounts linked to your eBay account, unlink them or change those passwords as well.

Scan your device for malware or signs of remote access.

If your eBay account was not involved in the purchase, contact your payment method to dispute the charge and get a new card number issued.
