how do I contact a buyer before shipping. I have pressed the “contact buyer†30 times.
The buyers name comes up but I cannot type a message
and why the heck doesn’t eBay have a button for customer service

Mentor2 years agoIf you can see the buyer username, try going to the user's feedback or profile page and contacting the user through the "Contact" link there.
