How do I confirm receipt of an item if it was sent without tracking?
I won one auction and my item was sent without tracking, I received the item but the problem is that it still shows up on ebay as "delivered" and the seller can't get the money. In the delivery service itself, it shows up as "delivered". Can you tell me how to mark it as delivered?

It sounds like your seller is a new one, who is experiencing the 21-30 day hold ebay places on all new seller's first few sales. Because your seller either did not use or upload tracking information to the listing in their sold item list, ebay does not know the item was delivered so they will have to wait until 30 days after the last estimated delivery date before ebay releases the funds. If you left them a feedback it may cut the time down.

OP1 year agoit was registered in 2012 and has 1900 reviews, i would be able to leave a review but i just dont have that button. thanks for the help.

Look for a button that says Leave feedback in your purchase history. That is how you leave "reviews".
