How do i complain to ebay when ive paid for an item by bank transfer i have the proof bank statement

Payment?and therefore for.ebay wont

Allow me to open a case against him.

I have tried many ways to resolve this

Even reported him as a fraudulent

Scammer but still nothing from ebay.

Am i to lose Â£224.00.from date of purchase to now is 58 days and i think if it gets to 90 days i will lose my money.

Have you asked your question on the UK site? This is the US site and bank transfers are not an approved form of payment and considered off eBay sales not eligible for the money back guarantee. Maybe the rules are different on your site.

Looking at that listing, doesn't look like bank transfer was an option for payment. If you don't pay by an approved method, you're not covered by the MBG.
