How do I complain about a seller to ebay
The seller sent my item to another address in another state. It took him more than 24 hours (on a week day) to get back to me. Then he questions the veracity of my claim that it went to a different address, when all he had to do was look at the tracking and see where it was delivered. Then he belatedly offers to refund me. A week passes, nothing. I notify ebay and they notify him. He replies to me that the item has been delivered. **bleep**?
