How do I combine shipping if buyer has paid for two separate items?
I've just accepted offers from the same buyer on two items I'm selling, they both have different postage charges. One is a small parcel and the other is a large envelope. Buyer has paid for both items. It seems daft to post them separately as they will both fit in the 'small parcel'.
I've looked at the help pages and I think it is saying that I go to 'Orders' - buy a label for one of the items and then use that same tracking code for the other one but I'm not sure if I've understood it correctly. For the second item do I use the drop down menu and then 'mark as dispatched' and 'add tracking number'?
Just tried to attach a photo of the drop down menu - but it won't let me ....
This is what it says under 'Get postage label'
Mark as dispatched
Add tracking number
Leave Feedback
Sell similar
View order details
so do I buy one label - the small parcel one - then just go to the 2nd order, mark as dispatched and add the tracking number I got for the small parcel I've paid for?
Can someone advise me please?

Mentor1 year agoWhen I go to my Seller Hub and go to print labels, ebay will state that I have orders going to the same buyer, would I like to combine shipping. I confirm, and I can create one label for the 2 items, changing the weight/dimensions as needed.

OP1 year agoI didn't see that, each item had its own drop down to print a label. 🙄 It's all a bit more confusing that it needs to be.
