How do I combine orders for a buyer. He said that all items could be put in one listing. How?

According to ebay Help individual purchases can be combined using the buyers name from my orders and then sending him an invoice. He hasn't purchased anything yet and says I should list all the items he's interested in in one listing. How can that be done?

Since buyer hasn't purchased yet turn on Combine Payments in you shipping preferences. Have buyer put all purchases in his Shopping Cart and request a combined invoice. https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
