how do i combine multiple listings into one with variations?

Have multiple trading cards listed with the only difference being the picture and name. I want them all under 1

You would need to end those listings and create a new listing from scratch with variations enabled. Note that it's a somewhat complex process, and many buyers don't seem to like variations listings for anything other than multiple colors or sizes of items, so you may be better off leaving those as individual listings.
