Go to your Awaiting payment page in Seller Hub, click the Send invoice on one of the items, the eBay programming will add ALL unpaid purchases from the Buyer to the invoice, adjust the shipping cost then send the invoice.
Buyers also have the option to Request an updated invoice from you, if they do then you can do what is explained above.
