How do I choose a USPS flat rate service (i.e. - padded envelope) for shipping options?
In the drop down menu, USPS flat rate services aren't available (such as flat rate envelopes, small/medium/large flat rate boxes, etc.). How do I offer these when they don't exist in the menu (they were there in the past)? Thanks!

Mentor2 years agoEnter your package dimensions. If that fits in a flat rate product, it will be shown as an option.
