I need to change the shipping method. It wrong it weight 13 pounds and I was sent a 2 lound shipping label

Mentor1 year agoYou need to VOID the label.

The carrier will refund your payment in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
Now use the PRINT ANOTHER LABEL, and make sure the weight and dimensions of the package are correct before confirming and printing.
