How do I change the shipping address for an item already shipped?
I shipped an item (which is in transit) but the buyer asked to change the address/location where they can pick it up (instead of their home). Is there a way to do this (maybe thru UPS) instead of having the item returned to me and re-shipping? When I called eBay, they said "no".

Mentor2 years agoYou do not want to change the address - you will have no protection from a not received claim. Gently tell the buyer you are not able to change it. If you have the package returned, refund the buyer and have him purchase it again with the new address.
Did you make sure the request came from the actual buyer? Scammers can try to get you to redirect a package.
