How do I change the qty of an offer from a buyer after I accepted the offer?
Summary: zilken3 encountered an issue with a mobile app while managing offers on a listing. They mistakenly accepted two offers, not realizing one was for a higher quantity. The second, larger offer was declined due to payment method issues. They are now seeking advice on how to send a revised offer of 19 items to the buyer, as there is no option to adjust or cancel offers in their message interface.
So the entire story is, I had 2 offers on a listing this morning. The mobile app did not do a very good job of indicating that one of those offers was for more than qty of 1. I assumed both were for a qty of 1 based on the app notifications. I accepted both offers, but apparently the second offer that I accepted had asked for a qty of 20, which was the entirety of the available items left for that listing. Since I had already accepted the qty 1 offer, the qty 20 offer was declined for payment method reasons according to Ebay when I accepted it and the app stated it would notify the buyer. How can I get an offer of qty 19 to the buyer as the seller in this scenario? My messages with the buyer does not have an option to cancel the previous offer or to send them a different offer.

Mentor2 weeks ago@zilken3 I would contact the buyer and let them know that you will make a new listing for the quantity of 19 ( just make it a lot/set) for all 19 items at one price.
I would make it a buy it now with a price higher than someone else would want to pay then they make an offer for all 19 items.
If this is an international sale I would cancel the first two orders as buyer requested ( let the buyer know first) then relist ALL of the items in one listing. Be sure to call it a SET if it is EIS shipment as EIS does not like the word "lot". You can NOT combine shipping on EIS orders.
Next to combine shipping for DOMESTIC orders after the buyer pays ( if all items are not in the one listing)
When you print the shipping label it's VERY important to select all items on this page https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
and then select print label from the top of the list if the buyer did not pay from an invoice. Then on the next screen it will ask if you want to combine orders, say yes then adjust the package size and weight as needed. This way the tracking is applied to all items.
